IATC Centennial History
In preparation for the 100th year of the International Association of Torch Clubs (IATC) in 2024, a history is being prepared. The goals are to have both a digital and a hardcopy presentation of some of the major events and various Torch members during the whole hundred years. Thomas Carroll of the Lincoln, NE, Torch Club wrote a history of the first fifty years, and that information will be included. We will now research and write a history of the second fifty years, so the centennial history will be complete.
Preparation of the history of the second fifty years is being done by Teams, each of which will achieve particular parts of the process. The Teams and their current members are shown below.
Recruitment of Team members and arrangements for receipt of historical information and/or documents will continue through the middle of January 2022.
